A scenic drive from Cape Town (either following the N2
via the Elgin Valley, or taking a slow drive over the ever-popular Clarence
drive) a must visit destination for every South African. The area is especially
beautiful during the winter season when the rainfall turns the landscape into a
lush green oasis, the ocean turns bright blue and the whales come to play!
At the town center, walking distance from the main
beach, and a mere 2km from the Kleinmond Harbour is the recently renovated Mond
Kleine Guest House. A cozy and comfortable place for families, couples, and
adventure seekers from which to explore the area and all that it has to offer.
Mond Kleine Guest House has changed ownership in early 2021 and has reopened its doors in May after extensive refurbishment. All bedrooms have been refurbished to include crisp clean linen and modern furnishings. With large open spaces, natural sunlight, and private spaces the guest house is welcoming its firsts guests to excellent reviews.
Mond Kleine Guesthouse consists of two self catering units.
The first unit, the Fynbos Suite, accommodates 6 to 8 guests with two spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor offers comfortable accommodation with double beds. Also on the ground floor is the large kitchen, well equipped for meal preparation and outside entertainment area with braai facilities. The first-floor section offers a comfortable lounge, a large ensuite bedroom with king bed and an adjacent room with bunk beds. An ideal option for families with children. The rooms offer exquisite views of the mountains and sea and many stunning sunsets are enjoyed from the first-floor balcony.
The second unit, The Ocean Suite, accommodates 4 to 6 guests with a spacious room and bathrooms on the ground floor offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed.
